Our sales service engineers have an average of 15-20 years experienced and knowledgeable in water system chemistry--taking personal responsibility for each client building.

Unlike large, national companies, BWS is local, right here in New England. That means we take personal care of each customer. In fact, as part of your service contract, your technician will visit each of your buildings routinely, on a monthly basis, to make sure your systems are operating as efficiently a possible and to catch any problems while they are small and easily fixed.

Bardon’s also offers full laboratory services on site at its New England headquarters—including a full line of chemicals and equipment and the expertise to apply the proper solution immediately.

Water systems are also vulnerable to bacterial disruption and contamination. BWS carries a full line of biological solutions, including Biospearse (for massive system cleaning), BIOGARD (for ongoing treatment and maintenance of clean systems), and Legionella protection.
