Both PVC and CPVC coupon racks feature quick disconnect coupon holders that do not require tools for installation or maintenance. A safety cable prevents lost coupons, while nylon sample-holding screws do not alter coupon corrosion rates. For high temperature applications, coupon racks are available in carbon steel and stainless steel. Wingert Coupon Racks combine quality and value with the flexibility necessary to accommodate the increasing demands of today's water treatment environments.

 

Standard coupon racks are available with one to six coupon holders and have both inlet and outlet isolation ball valves. They are available in a choice of four materials: Sch. 80 PVC, suitable for most applications; CPVC, for applications requiring moderately higher temperature; carbon steel and stainless steel for high-temperature applications. The PVC and CPVC coupon racks are mounted on a corrosion-resistant, pre-drilled PVC panel, while carbon steel and stainless steel coupon racks both utilize two unistrut channels. Easy to install PVC and CPVC coupon racks feature quick disconnect, o-ring sealed coupon holders that do not require tools for installation or maintenance. A safety cable prevents lost coupons, while nylon sample-holding screws do not alter coupon corrosion rates.
